My Journey Basketball Academy (MJBA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Waco and Central Texas focused on grassroots youth basketball player development.

The mission is to nurture champions on and off the court by combining high-level basketball training with academics, inclusion, and character.

MJBA’s player development is built on four core pillars: Fundamental Athletic Excellence, Academic Accountability & Study Blocks, Neuroinclusive & Adaptive Access, and Character & Civic Leadership. Together, these pillars reflect MJBA’s mission: to develop skilled, confident basketball players who are also strong students, inclusive teammates, and engaged community leaders.
